Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why at LaLa Daisy we offer a No Questions Asked 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for all brands we offer to our customers. Within 30 days of your purchase you may return your purchase for a full refund or store credit. The product must be unopened and in the original packaging.

A Free Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided for all store credit returns. A blank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund, this is not a pre-paid label.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return please email Service@LaLaDaisy.com. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.

Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please email us a photo along with your order number to Service@LaLaDaisy.com. Someone will be in touch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We'll send you pre-paid return label for the return and at your option, we'll replace the product or issue a refund. 

Warranty and Defective Products

If you are outside of our return period and your product turns out to be defective, give us a call and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement product.
